Referral program rules
- 1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions set out the procedure for the Referral Programme.
The period of the Referral Program is from 00:00:00 01.01.2023 till 23:59:00 31.12.2023 (GMT+1 Madrid).
Any participant of the Referral Program may take part in it.
Each Participant of the Referral program confirms that he is familiar with these rules, unconditionally and unconditionally accepts their conditions and guarantees that he will comply with them during the whole period of the Referral program.
- Conditions for attracting new Sellers.
If a Member attracts a new Seller during the period of the Referral Programme, the Member is entitled to receive €1 for each registered Seller.
The Seller has to meet the following conditions at the same time:
– be a new natural person, legal entity, sole proprietor or self-employed person who has not previously registered as a Seller on the Marketplace;
– to be verified by https://topatop.eu/docs/seller-statuses-disputes-rules/verified-and-trusted-seller/ (without becoming a Trusted Seller);
– place their products in the Marketplace;
– not be a Member of the Referral Program at the same time.
A Participant receives €1 for each referred Seller who meets the above-mentioned conditions of these Rules.
The minimum amount to be paid out is 25 euros.
Calculation period is a calendar month.
Receipt of funds under the Referral program: The amount of remuneration is credited in the following month after the registration of the Sellers, every 10th day and will be available for payment.
Payment is made in the standard procedure after receipt of withdrawal request.
- Terms and conditions for attracting new Buyers.
If a Participant attracts a new Buyer during the period of the Referral Programme, the Participant is entitled to a percentage of the Buyer’s purchases.
The Buyer must be a new registered Buyer who has registered and made a purchase using your referral link.
The referral programme for Buyers has several levels and different reward percentages depending on the amount of purchases made by the Buyers.
Level 1 – 0.5% of sales until the amount of sales reaches €9,999.99,
2 level – 0,7 % of sales from 10.000 € up to 49.999,99 €,
3 level – 1 % of sales in the amount from EUR 50 000,000.
Calculation period is one calendar month.

The minimum amount to be paid out is 25 euros.
The payment is made in the standard way after receiving the withdrawal request.
- Rights and obligations of the Participant of the Referral Program
A participant of a Referral Program may read the terms and conditions of the Referral Program and participate in the Referral Program in accordance with these rules.
It is the responsibility of the Member of the Referral Programme to comply with these rules as well as all other requirements of the current legislation of the EU and the Kingdom of Spain.
By participating in the Referral Programme the Participant confirms that he is fully acquainted with and agrees to these rules.
- Rights and obligations of the Organiser of the Referral Programme
The Organizer of the Referral program has the right to:
Amend these rules of the Referral Program on the Marketplace without any special notice, in connection with which the Participant undertakes to monitor the changes in the rules of the Referral Program on a regular basis. The current version of the rules of the Referral Program is published at https://topatop.eu/docs/seller-statuses-disputes-rules/referral-program-rules/ .
The Organiser has the right to terminate the Referral Programme early. In this case, Participants of the Referral Programme have no right to claim any compensation or damages.
Not to accrue monetary remuneration if a Referral Programme Participant violates the terms and conditions of the Referral Programme and the Conditions of Referral Programme for attracting Sellers on Marketplace, these rules.
The Organizer has the right to cancel the points accrued under the Referral Program if it is revealed that the Participant has violated these rules of the Referral Program, the Referral Program to attract Sellers on Marketplace and/or has abused the right.
The Organizer of the Referral Program is obliged to provide points to the Participant of the Referral Program provided that the Participant of the Referral Program complies with all the conditions specified in these rules of the Referral Program.
- Other conditions
The Organizer of the Referral program is not liable for any direct or indirect losses of the Participants connected with the participation in the Referral program, including those that result from failures in telecommunication and power networks, actions of malicious programs, unfair actions of the third parties aimed at unauthorized access and/or disabling the software and/or hardware of the Organizer of the Referral program, and unforeseen force majeure circumstances. The Organizer of the Referral Program is not obliged to compensate losses to the Participants of the Referral Program in such cases. The Organiser of the Referral Programme does not cover any expenses of the Participants, including Internet, telephone and other expenses that may arise during participation in the Referral Programme.
All disputes relating to this Referral Programme shall be governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Spain.
